Emily's Bridals

Last month T.J. and I, along with a talented team of lovely people, put together a styled bridal shoot to be featured on our blog. Our good friend Lori, from Wildflowers by Design, created a fabulous bouquet for our shoot. My (new!) friend Gabby (from Salon Synergy) did Emily's hair and make-up.

Emily, our bride/model, found her dress at Goodwill (for $12, I think). She and a friend cut off the outside of the dress and used the layers underneath as the dress! Emily also created her butterfly hairpiece. You can purchase some of Emily's creations at her Etsy store, This 'Ol Thing. Her stuff is also for sale in downtown Lancaster at Mommalicious!

We shot these photos behind my parents house - which is our new favorite place to shoot. T.J. and Taylor were so helpful carrying around our props, cameras, paper flowers, and the wooden church pew.

Taylor shot some video footage of our photo session. It's awesome! Check it out below. It's a must see. :) You can contact Taylor for video work through his site, Taylor Courtney Films.

Enjoy the photos. Leave comments! [BC]
